What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with Thirty days of receiving the item. However we are not the original seller therefore you must contact and/or make reference to the original sellers terms for returns individually.

Items with FREE Return Shipping

The below items usually have a free return shipping method.

  • Shoes
  • Clothing
  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Watches (except those bought in Sports & Outdoors)

Large Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

In order to return a large or bulky item that was delivered by a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will guide you through the returns process and will have you contact our specialized consumer support team, which will schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of your item. To guarantee that the return and refund are processed correctly.

UPS Pickups

After you request a UPS pickup, UPS will send a driver to the address together with your shipping label within 1-5 business days. Be certain you've described the defect, damage, or error including that in the returned package. In the event the original packaging is still available, return an item in that packaging. To help avoid issues with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels which might be still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request

After the UPS pickup is requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. Once the first pickup attempt, it is possible to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure you have your tracking number handy.
